Two new faces have joined the Methodist Homes Corporation.

Mrs. Liz Prosch, RN, Licensed Nursing Home and Assisted Living Administrator, became the new Executive Director for Fair Haven Retirement Center in July.

Mrs. Prosch has 20 years experience in health care management. She comes to Fair Haven from serving as Project Manager of Long Term Care Services with the Alabama Quality Assurance Foundation.

Mrs. Prosch and her husband Bill reside in Hoover with their sons Trey, 14, and Brad, 11. Her stepdaughter, Adrienne Veland, was recently married.

In August Michael Giles, Esq., joined our staff in the position of General Counsel. Before attending law school, Mr. Giles was a non-profit hospital administrator and also served as vice president of human resources for a large hospital. In his 18 years in practice at Constangy, Brooks & Smith, L.L.C., of Birmingham, his primary professional focus was to help managers develop sound employment policies and practices.

Mr. Giles and his wife Connie have been married for 29 years and have two children, Sarah, 23, and Ben, 16.
