 | | What is the Fountain of Love? |
| | | The Fountain of Love Fund was created to be an ever-flowing source of money to help individuals in the Methodist Homes whose own finances have been exhausted. |
 |
 | | What does it do? |
| | | Provides security and assurance to individuals who do not have sufficient income to pay for their care. More than $1 million is given each year to needy residents. In fact, no resident has ever been asked to leave due to inability to pay. |
 |
 | | Who is eligible? |
| | | Any resident of the Methodist Homes of Alabama and Northwest Florida whose assets and monthly income are not adequate to cover their monthly care charges and expenses. |
 |
 | | How are the funds administered? |
| | | Residents needing assistance submit an annual application detailing their current income, assets, and expenses. Once eligibility and need are determined, assistance amounts are applied directly to each qualifying resident account. |
 |
 | | How is the Fountain of Love funded? |
| | | By YOUR gifts. Please give to the Fountain of Love. |

"I received your 'Life Changing' letter with a sigh of relief and total joy and so
much appreciation to you and the Board. My brother and I, along with our families also give thanks to the Lord for this
expression of goodness and love to us and our mother.
We will do what we can to help keep the 'fountain flowing.'... My mother, a lifelong Methodist,
will also be forever grateful."

"My wife and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the Board for accepting Mother into the Fountain of Love Program.
I am so glad that we have found a Christian Home for Mother."

"My mother-in-law spent the last 5 years of her life at [facility name] and was very happy there.
Fortunately our family was able to financially help her so she could enjoy the wonderful support the people at [facility name)
provide for their residents. I have recently become aware that there is a need for scholarships to assist those that are
financially less fortunate.
My wife and I want the enclosed donation of fifty thousand dollars to go to the Fountain of Love..."
