FACILITIES
Founded in 1961 in Birmingham, Alabama, MHC has grown to encompass 13 Elder Care Facilities in Alabama and Northwest Florida.
Our mission is to meet the needs of God’s Older Children by providing a retirement community environment of abundant life, combined with the care of qualified professionals. Currently the Corporation serves more than 1600 residents and employs more than 800 persons.
There are six levels of care offered: Independent Cottage Living, Retirement Apartments, Assisted Living, Special Needs Units, Nursing Beds, and Alzheimer’s Units.
Although Methodist in heritage and name, Methodist Homes Corporation has served elderly persons regardless of religion or denomination, race or national origin.
